Employer brand, communications & employee experience

Building brands and workplaces people want to join.

12+ years of international experience creating practical, people-centred experiences across technology organisations — from the first branding message a candidate sees to their first day in a new office.

I specialise in employer branding strategy, employee experience and internal communications for international companies. My work spans office launches, relocation support, onboarding and welcome design, large-scale events and community programmes — for Luxoft, Mercury Development, OMK-IT, BrainRocket, Philips and PICA Australia, across Europe, the UK, the US and APAC.

BrainRocket

End-to-end onboarding & preboarding transformation

Designed and executed an integrated global onboarding ecosystem, mapping the entire Employee Journey from offer acceptance to the end of probation — unifying preboarding, remote and on-site integration, automated logistics and a localised welcome pack model across EU, LATAM and APAC.

  • Mapped high-friction touchpoints into a standardised 4-stage framework — Preboarding, Day 1, Month 1, Month 3
  • Launched an automated preboarding portal and comms flow: paperwork, culture guides, countdown emails, buddy assignments
  • Built parallel remote and on-site onboarding tracks, with manager/buddy enablement and 30-60-90 day goal templates
  • Integrated welcome-pack fulfilment (SwagUp, Reachdesk, regional partners) directly with the HRIS/ATS, auto-dispatching on contract signing
